Objective  

Create a polished 3D animation that clearly communicates the Mechanically Attached roofing technology, its installation sequence, comparison to “old” roofing, and benefits for technical and marketing audiences.


Deliverables Summary

    • One full length animation 45-60s

    • Up to 12 still frames from animation


Scope  

  • Introduction in a stylized "sketch/drawing” style before transitioning to full 3d shaders

  • Building model only on an all-white studio background with soft shadowing; simplified surroundings removed.  

  • Focused animation of the roofing technology sequence with clear sectional reveals and animated explanatory overlays.  

  • Clean, stylized materials for legibility in white space and faster render times.





Deliverables  

  • 60–90 second final animation in 1080p HD

  • Up to 12 still frames (exported from animation)

Payment  

  • Payment: 50% deposit to start, 30% at Final Renders, 20% on final delivery.





Revisions and Assumptions  

  • Revisions are scheduled in the Scheduling doc 

  • Client provides technical specs,  reference imagery, and script at project start.  

  • Any new shots, major scope changes, or additional revisions billed at $150/hour with an additional 1.5x rate for late night or weekend rush.







 Production Notes and Options

  • File formats delivered: MP4 (H.265) and MOV (ProRES422) for animations. PNG for stills.

  • Rush rendering and after-hours work for tighter deadlines can be accommodated subject to a 1.5X rush fee.
